About The Chef

Chef Jeff works directly with his clients both in planning and execution, from intimate or family dinners to larger occasions. With his personal touch and the staff’s friendliness we always strive to create a memorable event.

We work throughout the Coachella Valley.

More About the Chef:

My career has taken me from New York, Orlando, Key West, Saint Thomas and finally to Palm Springs, California. I have cooked at Hotels, on Yachts, for Private Clients and Major Restaurant Chains in the capacities of Executive Chef, Food & Beverage & Banquet Manager, as well as Restaurants General Manager.


Since2004 I have catered large groups, weddings, socials, Coachella parties as well as dinner parties throughout the Coachella Valley.


I'm proficient in many different types of cuisines including but not limited to Caribbean, Barbecue, Seafood, Steak House Style, Italian and Pan Asian.
